How to Apply?
Excavation and Ground Preparation
Required excavation is performed at the project site. The ground is compacted and a drainage layer is added if necessary.
Bottom Concrete (Foundation) Application
After laying a waterproofing membrane or geotextile, lower reinforcement is prepared. Lean concrete is poured to create a level surface for the dome formworks.
Placement of Dome Disposable Formworks
Dome formworks are placed in a modular layout per the project plan.
Top Reinforcement and Concrete Pouring
Upper reinforcement is placed over the formworks. Concrete is poured in a single stage to cover the formworks; curing follows.
Top Covering and Surface Use
The tank top can be used as landscape, parking, road or open area. Surface finishing is selected per project goal (asphalt, paving, soil, etc.).
Sizing and Arrangement
Dome formworks are arranged modularly per the tank volume required. With 125 mm and 200 mm pipe sizes, they fit different load and volume needs. Tanks of any required size can be designed easily per the structural project.
Transportation and Storage
- 1 truck = 1100 m³ of dome permanent formworks.
- Forms can be stacked, requiring less storage space on the construction site.
