Fire Water Storage Tank
Fire suppression systems must have ready water reserves available in emergencies. When rainwater is properly recovered and stored in a tank, it becomes the most ecological solution for fire fighting.

100% made from recycled material.
Less concrete, less carbon footprint.
High water collection capacity and surface-area gain.
Rainwater recovery and sustainability.
Very high mechanical strength.

Dome Formwork Tank — for underground fire suppression systems, allowing rainwater or water storage.
A lightweight underground concrete system designed to store rainwater and serve as fire-fighting reserve. With Dome Formwork Tank, a maintenance room for water pumps and fire systems can be prepared.
Thanks to its modular design, Dome Formwork Tanks can be built in different sizes, shapes and heights. The tank structure reduces the thickness of foundation and top plate concrete compared to known systems, providing high ground strength and even load distribution even under heavy and moving vehicles. Less concrete therefore enables speed, flexibility and cost savings.
Its flexible dimensioning allows fire water storage tanks of any size to be built — enabling rainwater to be recovered and reused.
Dome Formwork Tanks are made from recycled PP (polypropylene). Ecological, they minimize carbon footprint by allowing less concrete on site. Thanks to PP's strong, durable structure they easily carry the weight of concrete during manufacturing. As a recycled material it is environmentally friendly, water-resistant and harmless.
Dome Formwork Tanks consist of 4 parts: Form (Dome), Foot, Pipe (PVC) and Strip. Strips are required to ensure even, proper setup of the system, so PVC pipes and feet are placed evenly across the construction area. PVC pipes are available in 125 mm and 200 mm diameter and 25 cm to 200 cm height depending on tank volume. Forms (Domes) are placed on the pipes to complete the system.
Transportation and Storage
Compared to traditional fills like gravel, soil or polystyrene (EPS), it is significantly lighter.
1 truck = 25 m³ soil or gravel
1 truck = 85 m³ EPS (polystyrene)
1 truck = 22 m³ aerated concrete
1 truck = 1100 m³ Dome Permanent Formwork

Forms can be stacked, requiring less storage space on the construction site.
